Using the reference
Use the directory to find information and to describe your own experience accurately.
Information service
Access to the directory is free. It supplies published contact information and independent guidance, not a booking, refund, banking, medical or technical-support service. Read the source and its applicable terms before acting.
Your contributions
Submit an experience you can describe honestly. Do not impersonate a business or another person, publish private information, advertise unrelated phone lines or post fabricated claims. You retain rights in your writing and permit the directory to display and moderate the submission for this service.
Moderation
Reviews are held for moderation before publication. We may withhold material that contains spam, private information, threats or content unrelated to the selected business. A negative rating by itself is not a reason to reject a review.
Company destinations
The provider named on an external website controls that service. A link or telephone entry is not a guarantee that it will answer, accept a request or grant a particular outcome.
Availability and corrections
We aim to keep the directory useful, but contacts and websites can change. Report an inaccurate record with its URL and a relevant official source. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
