Experiences, not advertising
Reviews should help another reader understand a real interaction with the named company.
What to include
Describe the service used, the approximate date, the issue and what happened. Keep the account focused on events you experienced, and separate your opinion from factual claims.
What stays private
Your email is used privately for moderation and duplicate control. Do not add booking references, account numbers, card details, full addresses or someone else’s contact details to the public text.
Before a review appears
New submissions enter a moderation queue. A successful form submission confirms receipt, not publication or verification of the underlying transaction. No reviews or star totals are seeded to make a new company record look established.
Standards apply to every rating
Positive and negative experiences follow the same rules. We do not accept unrelated promotions, paid praise, telephone spam, impersonation or fabricated experiences. One email can submit one review per company in this version; contact the directory if a correction is needed.
Report a concern
Use the contact page with the review’s company and identifying details to report private information or a factual concern. The publisher reviews the report; it does not adjudicate disputes or obtain refunds from the business.
