Read the evidence beside the contact
A label, region and source date make a contact more useful than a number alone.
What a source establishes
We prefer a company’s own contact page or service instructions. A recorded source may also be an official airport directory; that distinction is stated. A search-indexed official page is useful evidence when its live page cannot be read, and the evidence method is retained.
Dates have a narrow meaning
The date attached to a contact is the date of the documented source review. An editorial rewrite or a new website launch does not refresh that date. The link lets you check whether the provider has since changed its instructions.
The department stays attached
A reservations number, baggage line and written complaints form serve different purposes. We keep those purposes visible. An existing general line is never turned into a dedicated refund hotline by changing its headline.
Uncertainty stays visible
We do not invent hours, wait times, phone numbers, verification results or ratings. A previously documented contact can retain its earlier date when a fresh source check is unavailable. The current provider website is the place to confirm time-sensitive details.
Corrections and logos
Corrections are checked against a source; a number in a reader comment is not a replacement source. Logos are identification aids. If a logo is unavailable, a text identity is used instead of a fabricated mark.
