What this directory receives
This notice describes the company-contact subdomains, their forms and their administration area.
Publisher contact
Tallyhouse LLC is identified as publisher on the main hazelmilepost.com site. Privacy requests for this directory can be sent through the contact page or to letters@hazelmilepost.com. The published location is Eau Claire, Wisconsin; a postal intake address is not currently provided.
Reading and hosting
Pages are delivered through Cloudflare. Delivering and securing a request involves connection information such as an IP address, requested URL and browser information. The directory does not install advertising pixels or audience analytics. We do not promise that hosting leaves no technical records.
Reviews you submit
A review form asks for a display name, email address, rating, title, experience date and review text. The email is retained privately for moderation and duplicate-submission control; it is not included in public review responses. If approved, your display name, rating, dates and written review become public.
Messages you send
Contact and correction forms retain your name, email, message and the selected subject or record. They are delivered to the directory’s private moderation workspace. Sending a correction is not a public review and does not send the message to the listed company.
Security and storage
Submission limits use a keyed value derived from connection information and a time window, rather than storing a raw IP in the review record. The administration area uses an eight-hour secure session cookie after a successful owner login. Ordinary browsing does not require an account.
How long and who can access
Submitted records remain in the directory database for moderation, handling requests and maintaining published contributions; there is no automatic deletion date for those records in this version. Access is restricted to the owner’s administration tools and hosting services. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
External destinations
Following a company link leaves this directory. Its privacy practices apply at that destination. Do not submit card numbers, passwords, identification documents or medical details in our forms.
Your choices
You can browse without submitting a form. You can report personal information in a published review through the contact page. We do not sell review data or use it for targeted advertising.
